Kolkata Style Biryani
Biryani is a classic Indian rice dish made with vegetables, meat, herbs, and spices and cooked slowly with aromatic long-grain rice from India, and is also a feast for Muslims.
The Kolkata style biryani of East India is characterized by the addition of large ingredients, a whole boiled egg and potatoes for a hearty finish.
The flavor of the meat and vegetables and the spices are carefully prepared so that the basmati rice is lavishly and thoroughly infused with the flavor of the meat and vegetables.
Please choose one of the following four types: fish, shrimp, goat meat, or chicken.
You can order when you come to the restaurant, but we recommend that you make a reservation in advance as it takes at least 30 minutes to prepare your order.
*It is also possible to add the [Thali Non-Veggie Option] menu item to your biryani.

The restaurant is run by a couple of chefs who have lived in the area, and specializes in East Indian/Kolkata/Bengali cuisine using seasonal local ingredients, home-grown vegetables, and spices.
Bengali cuisine uses rice, seafood, and vegetables in abundance, and the use of spices is gentle and not too spicy, making it one of the Indian cuisines that Japanese people are very familiar with.
We also use Indian vegetables and spices that we grow and harvest ourselves, and offer East Indian cuisine that is rich in flavor while making the most of the ingredients' original qualities.
Compared to actually going to India, we are much closer, so why don't you experience East Indian/Kolkata/Bengali cuisine as it is in India?
Vegetarian, vegan, and Halal options are also available.
We are open for lunch only, and for dinner, we only accept reservations for omakase courses for groups of 4 or more people with reservations made at least 2 days in advance. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or inquiries regarding omakase course content, allergies, etc.
