The restaurant is run by a couple of chefs who have lived in the area, and specializes in East Indian/Kolkata/Bengali cuisine using seasonal local ingredients, home-grown vegetables, and spices.
Bengali cuisine uses rice, seafood, and vegetables in abundance, and the use of spices is gentle and not too spicy, making it one of the Indian cuisines that Japanese people are very familiar with.
We also use Indian vegetables and spices that we grow and harvest ourselves, and offer East Indian cuisine that is rich in flavor while making the most of the ingredients' original qualities.
Compared to actually going to India, we are much closer, so why don't you experience East Indian/Kolkata/Bengali cuisine as it is in India?
Vegetarian, vegan, and Halal options are also available.
We are open for lunch only, and for dinner, we only accept reservations for omakase courses for groups of 4 or more people with reservations made at least 2 days in advance. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or inquiries regarding omakase course content, allergies, etc.
